Calvin Clauson lived in Montana Territory during the 1870's, perhaps in the Deer Lodge area. Clawson, his wife Czarina, and their son Llewellyn were active in mining enterprises, the newspaper business, politics, and community affairs around Bonanza and Custer, Idaho.
